Majed Tbeileh
I think there will be no peace without popular demand for change on both sides. These joint meetings are what will move the two people and encourage them to reach an agreement. If there are meetings there is hope.
Majed Tbeileh is one of the founders of the Nablus Youth Federation and its daughter organization The Future Generations Hands Committee, which organize meetings between Palestinian and Israeli youth as well as activities within the community in Nablus. Because of Nablus's diverse religious communities--the city is home to Palestinian Christians, Muslims, and a small community of Samaritans--the Federation became involved in interfaith dialogue in cooperation with the organization like Interfaith Encounter Association, Neve Shalom Wahat Al Salam and others. Majed organizes meetings and participates in conferences locally and internationally to advocate for the importance of dialogue.
